1yr unused domain - anti-SEO?

I've had a domain name that I didn't use for a year. I didn't do anything, it had GoDaddy's page on it for the whole year. Now I extended it and starting to build a website.

Do you think that year of absence of content could've hurt my current rankings? Because new domains usually have n/a PR, and this now has 0 PR.

No, in my opinion that would not have hurt your ranking ability. It was just parked, not like you were using blackhat techniques...

No issues here. In fact, you're better of than having a brand new domain.

PR is not important now, only if your domain did not get penalized, it will work well

One year old domain without using will not put any effect on current ranking. It is very common. Most of the webmaster buy domain but does not use for long time.
