Why .php between keywords ?

I've seen on a site that the owner placed " .php " after his most important keyword.
For example : "print ads,print advertising .php,printed ads" .
This is just an example and I'm interested if that is something important for SEO.

Probably just a typo. And no, such keywords aren't important for SEO either.

  It's probably being pulled from a page that is located at
  /printadvertising.php
