Adsense application process - need advice

I goofed! I applied for Adsense before my site was complete. I has about, privacy policy, disclaimer and contact us pages. They said as of now they can not tell what site is about. It is a healthy living/weight loss blog. I will create some content for a static home page and have images and content for a meals page. The email from Google said to let them know when the site is complete. Should I have so many days or number of posts before submitting the site again?
