Anyone know how to tie an external shopping cart into Google Analytics?

I have a client who uses a shopping cart service that is external from their website. So a customer goes from company.com to my.company.com/shop/default.aspx when starting a purchase.
The problem is that none of the URLs from within the shopping cart are being pulled into the Google Analytics, so they can't track conversion and abandonment rates accurately once the customer is passed over to the shopping cart.
Is anyone familiar with pulling this kind of information into GA? Is it just adding the subdomain?
Also, does it matter that the shopping cart is aspx files and can generate them with unique page IDs in the URLs?
