My own personal method to dominate Google

I have been in marketing for many years (including at one point working for Google) and here is my personal strategy for you to gain a large ortion of a generic market by narrowing it down into sub-niches.

Ok you will probably understand by now, it's a hell of a lot easier to dominate niche website than it is to dominate generic sites.

For example, if you wanted to dominate the games niche, that's going to be a hell of a lot more complicated than dominating say "Call of Duty" but believe you me, it is absolutely possible. It will take you a good week tp set the wheels in motion and you might get sandboxed by Google (always a possibility) so you might not see any returns in the immediate future, but if you are in it for the long run just follow this formula. We will use games as a working example. I am not going to tell you how to build a site or what content to place upon it, whether or not to scrape it, keywords or URL naming, this is simply the formula to dominate Google.

Firstly domains, you are going to want a lot of these, but hell if you are dominating the games industry, outlay is important. Regarding hosting, just get yourself a reseller account set up and you can host all of your sites there.

Domain one : Your main generic game site. Consider this to be the absolute centre of your hub. Now from here you want to write down all your sub-niches. So for games you might choose xbox 360, ps3, pc, GBA etc. Try to find 8 different ones.

Domains two-nine are named after the relevent machine. Each and every one of these sites has multiple dofollow links from multiple internal pages and the homepages. Now from these eight niches, we are going to narrow it down further into sub-niches. For each machine, choose 8 popular games.

Domains ten - seventyfour are named after the actual games, they might contain reviews, tips, walkthrough, graphics etc whatever, the choice is yours. Again, make multiple dofollow links from multiple pages linking to the machine site that it's related to.

Ok that's a great start, by now you wouldbe well and truly knackered, hopefully you have scraped most of your content otherwise you will probably still be writing content this time next year.

So we now have 64 game mini-sites linked into 8 game machine sites, linked into 1 main game hub site.

The ideal thing you want to do now is attack each of the 64 mini-sites with a dofollow link building tool like Bookmarking Demon or xrumer, but if that's not your thing you can do the following.

This next part is going to take time but dominating Google for such a generic niche is a long term (and lucrative) project.

Into each and every one of them 64 mini-sites you want to create a Web 2 property linking into each of them, more specifically, you want to link a number of Web 2 properties into them and I would suggest using a minimum of 14.

Take a look at the attached image

If you look at the centre, you have one of the mini-sites, each and every web 2 property is linked into this site and two other web 2 property pages, so as an example, at the top you see vox.com linking into the minisite as well as into Blogsome and Blogger.

If you are building 14 links into 64 minisites then you are looking at creating almost 900 different web 2 pages which is a helluva job and so I would suggest either automating it or outsourcing it.

Anyway by now all your web 2 pages, your minisites, your machine sites and your hubsite you will now have close to 1000 sites/pages in total. I have done the process from start to finish (in a different niche) in three weeks using no shortcuts other than scraping and spinning content rather than using my own.

After that three weeks is over (or a week if you decide to automate the web2) you should have a good idea to whether your site is sandboxed, if it is, no problem, you can wait, just do something else for a month or two.

When Google has it indexed you are up and away, it's time to introduce adsense into every site/page you can and the amount of traffic you should be getting on generic terms (and all the niche terms) will provide you with a very lucrative and long-term income.

Wow, nice blueprint. I like the way you think. The only problem is that is one hell of a job, and I would not recommend that strategy for beginners!

But thanks for sharing, I'll keep that tactic in mind in future projects of mine

Buying that many domains is pretty expensive.

    Seems a too complicated way.
Likely it's profitable but hardly scalable.

Like I say, it's a long term project, something to do in the background while earning money elsewhere.

You probably won't see much of a result for months but if you keep with it your long term potential is going to be huge, essentially you are creating yourself an authority site.

This is a great strategy - it might seem like a lot of work at first glance but once you have created this huge network, you could use it forever to get a ton of links to any new page you put on the site.

Imagine being able to get 900 (or more) links to any page or site you wanted?

You could even make the whole thing more powerful by getting high PR links into it.

Now that's my kind of thinking. Imagine if you had set this up a year ago, you would be getting so much income now by doing very little. Once you have a certain level of authority just take out the Adsense and auction off the banner space to the highest bidder. You have nearly 1000 sites with tens of thousands of pages, each and every one of them monetized

although the strategy in the image is good, there's a problem. There's no 3rd party links being linked from your site. Google not only prefers having links pointing to your site from related articles, and or related websites, but they would also prefer if you have outgoing links to related sources to allow the user to experience more in what they are looking for, rather than just keeping them on your site.

    example; wiki-pedia.

Indeed so, very astute. These links come naturally as you gain more authority and more reputation

this system works and quiet as kept many of the big gurus use this exact same concept to some degree to sell their products...

the problem with this is you laid it out so simple and didn't disguise the hard required to make it happen that many of US will overlook it, because we want to buy into a silver bullet concept...

thanks for sharing... it's further confirmation that I am not really working ON my business like I should be, i'd rather read ABOUT doing the work... funny right?! - maybe not!

That's what we call virtual real estate empire! And to make thing easier, consider to implement all thing on auto-pilot, or at least semi-auto-pilot.
If budget become your concern, you can set up one hub website only, and building other 100s of sub niche using free service like blogger or wordpress. The link will do the same for your hub-website.

Would it be possible to use sub-domains in place of some top level domains? I would like to save on registration costs.

yes its a variation of the "link wheel" technique. The classic link wheel is actually even simpler. Its just 6 web2.0 blogs linking

EACH blog to your main site and to another web2.0 "slave" blog.

You added a few more and a few more links, but its basically the same principle.
