adsense payouts question

This is my 1 month receiving money from adsense. In my account they said the pay out is 21. So I should be receiving my first eft from them. I did make more then the 100$ mark.
So I should be getting my money from last month. But no sign of money so far. I have enter the nip, received the security deposit and did enter on my account.
I have no warnings and it all looks good. I was wondering if you guys are able to tell me how long does usually take to get my deposit.
