Linking Websites: Help!

Quick question guys...

I kinda have a mini blog network and there's 7 blogs.

Can I link say blog 1 to blog 2 and 3 and 4 and 5 and 6 and 7?

And of course link blog 2 to blog 1 and 3 etc etc

I will be adding other backlinks I'm just wondering if Google will penalize me for this? Or will it even help anyway? :confused:

Hi Eric,

What I like to do is this:

You have your money site right? This is the main website you want most of your traffic to go to because it is your squeeze page, review, whatever to make you money.

So take blog 1 link to blog 2 AND your money site. (One or two links in the content will be perfect.

Blog 2 links to blog 3 and your money site

Repeat until blog 7.

Blog 7 ONLY has one link to your money site.

Remember to link appropriate anchor text.

  Mix this up with some backlinks from sites out of your control as well. Create some squidoo lenses, google pages, hubpages etc and try and do some link exchanges as well. If you just rely on your own blogs for backlinks it will be fairly easy for Google to spot they are owned by yourself.
