Make the client pay for the marketing, or pay us?

Hi,
Just wondering what you guys would think.
I have a client or two who are taking my help. I'm about to incorporate so I can do the marketing myself and pay the marketing bills and simply invoice them.
However, there's things like Adwords MCC that will probably help me out a little in organization of these accounts. But I'm leaning more towards not needing to hold their hands with regards to the setup of these accounts and them seeing the bills of the marketing.
Any thoughts?
