Here is a nice strategy that I've used to dig up some high quality keywords from
Facebook:

Think about this for a second:
Facebook gathers information from more than one billion people regarding their
demographics, interests, etc.

This type of information will help you find the keywords that your target audience
typically uses when searching on Google.

And guess what? Facebook gives you all of this data for free when you create an ad
campaign

So, here's how to go about using Facebook Ads for your Keyword Research:

Let's suppose that you sell smartphones on your site.
  1. Go to Facebooks Ads and click "Create An Ad"
  2. Then, click on "Page Likes" and then "Continue"
  3. Now, go down to the "interests" section on the next page
  4. Enter a keyword in the "Precise Interests" Box (eg: Samsung Galaxy, etc)
  5. Facebook will give you some keyword suggestions, like Google Suggest
  6. Now, Choose a Topic or Precise Interest from the list of suggestions
  7. After choosing a Topic or Precise Interest, Facebook will give you a list of
  8. "Suggested Likes and Interests"

These "Suggested Likes and Interests" are awesome seed keywords to put into the Google Keyword Planner.
