I am sorry to be the bearer of bad new but I have 3 words for you that should be able to solve your problem.

The 3 words are GET MORE TRAFFIC! The truth of the matter is more traffic equals more money. I suggest you do what Claudio said do and find another niche. Unfortunately unless you have a solid bankroll you are not ranking for any competitive SEO keywords anytime soon.

Hey, the problem seems to come from the fact that you are using a free hosted blog. If you were to get your own domain and host, it'll be more beneficial in the long run. This is because people subconsciously hate sites ending in .blogspot, .wordpress, .wix etc.

Owning a .com or .net helps as it looks more professional and authority like. Also you need to choose another nice, find a profitable niche with less competition and get traffic targeted to it. It'll boost your traffic and your earnings alike.

Well, in order to increase your adsense income, you can: target high paying keywords, change the position of your ads (to top, and top left of page), change the color of your ads to make them blend in with your site more, and get more traffic to your site by building high quality backlinks.

The position is the 1st thing to pay attention to! Don't forget the good keywords. Try to get people visit your website naturally (via Search Engines!). Add your ads THROUGH the article and make them look A PART of the article!
