    1. Do Follow Forum Posting
    2. Do Folow Blog Posting

    4. Link exchanges

    My personal favourite is do follow blogging. I find blogs in a similar niche to my own and leave comments. Don't spam or leave on wrod answers. Instead leave comments that will add to the discussion or offer advice to other users.

      Anyway, for the PR, the easiest way to get the backlink is dofollow blog commenting and dofollow forum posting (use your signature). However, that's better if you can get link exchange with high PR quality website.

      For the SERP, the majority still fall on the content, try to use more keywords
