Warriors, hope u're doing good,
my question is i want to increase my website's PR.
I know that i could, with Make Backlinks, but i wonder, where to put thoses backlinks, and if you guys have some other ideas, please share it with me

      search Google for your targeted keywords see who is ranking or having good pr, make a list and one by one see from where they are getting links ( good links) reach out those website for link hunt, create good content which people want to share.

    Get backlinks on pages with existing PR. Wait for the next PR update in 2017. Done.

    Seriously, PR comes from page that have PR.
