IMHO, Google adsense is much better and cheaper way to advertise. Prove me if I'm wrong.

Almost any traffic source can 'work' once you figure out how to get things working. Did you mean paid advertising or just posting a link on your personal account? Either way, be careful linking straight to CPA offers.

It will work if you target the right audience, use a catchy ad, and have a persuasive, converting landing/sales page. Facebook works, but it won't work if you have the wrong ingredients.
