strange keyword, link building

Hey guys, im building a homepage with 4 different keyword categories, which all get like 2000 searches.
So whats the best way to construct the links of my tier 1 web 2.0 to this website? Example:

Lets say the website is about : crosstrainers (8000) searchrs.
The 4 keyword categories are:

Crosstrainer exercises (2000 searches) :
Crosstraine reviews (2000 searches):
Crosstrainer Health (2000 seaches):
Crosstrainer maintaining (2000 searches)

So my plan will be I will write on the homepage crosstrainer.com in 1000 words stuff in which mentiones all the 4 keywords are .

Than I construct the subdomains:
crostrainer.com/crosstrainerexercieses
crostrainer.com/ Crosstrainerreviews
crostrainer.com/ Crosstrainer Health
crostrainer.com/ Crosstrainer maintaining

Now the question, to which page of the website should I construct the links from my web 2.0 blogs? Just to crosstrainers.com or innerpages?

For me it would be easier to point the directly to crosstrainer.com since I would not have to create as many tier 1 web2.0 blogs because the innerpages would profit from the linkjuice aswell right? Because if I would point the links from my tier 1 blogs directly to the subdomains I would have to create for every subdomain crostrainer.com/crosstrainerexercise etc another blog right?

      Hi,

I would consider it as 4 different seo campaigns with 4 different landing pages. Create links for every innerpage, and some links to main page (to look more natural).

      Luck!

A subdomain is a sub of the domain it's on, ie: exercises.crosstrainerreviews.com

You can do what you're talking about in Wordpress without having to create new blogs every single time.

Make each keyword it's own category, with it's own posts dedicated to it. Like mini sites inside of each keyword's category.

Build links to the homepage, and keep links to these categories across your site (ie: sidebar) then build links like you would normally build links.

Repetitive this morning. ;/ Time for some coffee. Ask if it's not clear.

      thks for your replies .

So you would just keep it this way:

      crostrainer.com/crosstrainerexercieses
      crostrainer.com/ Crosstrainerreviews
      crostrainer.com/ Crosstrainer Health
      crostrainer.com/ Crosstrainer maintaining

      right?

How can i best promote my tier 1 web 2.0 blogs?

Since i can have max 3 links of every web 2.0 blog pointing to the moneysite its difficult. Do i have to specialize every blog for 2 topics of the moneysite? for example for crosstrainerreview and crosstrainer health? So that i woud write one article on the blog about Crosstrainer health with lets say a link to crosstrainer.com/ Crosstrainer Health and one to crosstrainer.com and i write another article on the same blog about Crosstrainer maintaining and pointt the link to crostrainer.com/ Crosstrainer maintaining. Would it make sense? or is there another way to maximize linkpower?

Why are people stuck on 2.0?

There's no magic in 2.0 pages, a new blog with zero authority might as well not exist as far as a link source.

What would you recommend for tier 1 ?

I thought i might build this web 2.0 blog with tier 2 and tier 3 links...

Same reason tiered blast link building still gets pimped ;/

Personally, I would avoid web 2.0 blogs.

Like someone already mentioned, they don't carry much weight, and when a brand new blog is getting spam links sent to it, with brand new spam links being sent to those, it's pretty easy for an algorithm to determine they're not legit.

Put the time that you're going to sink into developing this elaborate linking scheme into seeking out links that are worth it.

You don't need to be that elaborate to fool the search engines.

Hell, simple blog commenting, forum posting and article marketing still work.
