How's everyone's AdSense this month?

For the first time in quite a few months I'm quite a bit behind the normal. In fact, I got a message in my AdSense account today informing me that yesterday's takings/earnings were 49% below the normal. They were not wrong, it was diabolical, £10, almost half of what I've been getting used it, although this month has been below average for some reason. Silly thing is, my page views were up and the amount of clicks received yesterday were not unusually low. I hope this isn't going to be an ongoing trend.

I have got to be perfectly honest, my knowledge of AdSense and how people bid for keywords is very limited.

Even without the half off that just confirms to me that most people doing adsense are working below minimum wage. Would not a good affiliate program pay WAAAAY better?

Thankfully I don't rely on my AdSense earnings to pay bills etc, is basically just a little bit of pocket money from hobbyist website. I probably peaked around November December when earnings were exceeding £700 a month. It slowly declined over the last three months for some reason, no idea why, it's not as if my website is receiving any less visitors.

Maybe an affiliate program would work well on my website, especially if the affiliate is selling goods that is related directly to what my website is all about. I've never tried one, I allowed to run an affiliate and Google on the same website? I don't really want to remove Google AdSense altogether only to find that an affiliate doesn't pay much. However it would be a good idea right thing to try and test the water, so to speak.

I'm wondering whether Amazon or eBay would be a good place to start? After all, both of these deal in aquatic goods.. I am certainly open for any ideas if anyone would like to throw some my way :-)

This is my website Oscar Fish Care - A Community for Oscar Fish Lovers Everywhere (I hope this isn't deemed spamming)

Is it just me or have Google change things slightly? When I look in my AdSense account now, it's only showing earnings from the last seven days, whereas before it would show you how much you've earned in that particular month so far.

My CTR has taken a huge hit this month. Happened on the 5th of May. CTR dropped from 5% to around 1%. EPC is slightly higher but because of the lower CTR, RPM has taken a huge hit. My site earned little over $10k last month but after finalized earnings were posted that figure came down to $8.8k which indicates $1.2k worth of clicks were deemed invalid by Google. I don't buy traffic or use any blackhat strategies. Most of my traffic is organic, from search engines and social media. I wonder if these invalid clicks had anything to do with the huge drop in CTR this month.

Well, in my Adsense there is nothing interesting it just looks the same say not much of the earning. But I definitely want to know from the users around here how can I maximise the earnings from the you tube I know in order to do so you need to have a video that is able to cater the interest of the user infact my video is doing the same thing but the problem is no one is clicking over my youtube ads and that's what I am concerned about.
