Site for buying high pr blog posts?

I've been out of seo for a little while. Back when the article syndication sites stopped working a lot of people moved to another site where people with real blogs getting traffic would sell a post about your site in their own words.

I can't remember the name of the site. Is there a popular service like this still going?

Other than contacting bloggers directly, what service have you used to generate a low number of high quality links from real blogs?

Please note I am not interested in any profile/social/automated/outsourced back links.

Thanks

Public sites that have anything to do with guest blogging are under target from google. Everyone is now scared but they have missed the point.

Everything Google cannot touch with their algo that works will be manually targeted. If the algo worked to weed out guest and authorship links then syndicated content would get slapped and yet syndicated content is totally white hat.

So the problem is not content with link accreditation but being too public. Just like SEO networks public sites will get slapped by google and private ones will continue to thrive

PostJoint.com and PayPerPost.com are two good sites. You might find these sites handy.

        Thanks.

Payperpost was the site I remembered. I think MC even made a comment on the site in a discussion on one of his blog post over a year ago, can't remember exact details, I must be getting old.

I think google have better ways of identifying what people are doing than watching all the noobs flap about in the warrior forum. If Matt Cutts has to come to the warrior forum to learn about this stuff then he isn't Matt Cutts

Matt C. tweeted & making fun of a backlink sales page copy from a BH forum a while back.

The best way to tackle problem would be to target the source. These noobs you speak of are the spammers of today and tomorrow. Why you would ignore their public discussions about "how they do it", would be a very stupid thing to do indeed.

          And btw,

We are the teachers, not MC.
We do, he follows and attacks what we do.

Matt Cutts I think just wanted to tell people to avoid using low quality guest blogging opportunities, I.E. posts for profit. As always Google has never liked anything where you pay for link placements. I think a quality pots from an expert is still viable. As always anything that Matt puts out is usually blown out of proportion and I think thats what he wants in a lot of cases.

You will find many Warriors selling these links in the Warriors For Hire forum. Possibly Classified's too.
