AdSense revenue split with writers? How do you do it?

I own a content site in the relationship niche and I'm looking to expand by bringing in more writers. Is there a way I can share adsense revenue? Or is the only way to do this is by buying articles upfront?

-add all revenue, split with traffic stats to various members.

-allow them to put two ads under their adsense, one under yours on
each article. (or other ratio). Of course this means you need to
    monitor and approve all articles.

-Hire a programmer to come up with some hub, squidoo, bubblews, etc.
    like-site that integrates it.

    Banned
IMO the problem with allowing other Adsense publishers to have their ads on your site is, what happens If a writer gets banned outside of your site.
    • Is your traffic going to be looking at blank ad space on your deep pages/articles?
    • Is Google going to associate your site with the banned publishers own sites since you let them post their Adsense pub# on your webpages?

Looks like an unnecessary headache to me.

Without hiring someone, the best ways are to install plugins that allow writers to put their existing AdSense code into their own articles. This way they get money from the things they write.

Such plugins typically allow you to choose the percentage that their ads appear. For example, if you set the plugin settings to 50/50, this means that a person's ads will appear and then YOUR OWN ads will appear after the next page reload.

If the person doesn't include his AdSense code, then your own code takes over automatically (which is awesome.)

    Here are some plugins:

Another option is to get a plugin that pays authors per page views. Here are some examples:

WordPress › Post Profit Stats « WordPress Plugins
