A lot of links to my site is good to SEO?
I have heard that after the Panda Update it was a problem

  • What is important is to get Quality Backlinks to your site, not a mass of junk, spammy backlinks. Quality backlinks are those which are: dofollow, on High PR pages, Contextual (surrounded by text/content that is keyword related), Relevant (on sites that are related to your niche), and on sites with that have Low OBL (out bound links). The number of backlinks your site has doesn't matter; rather, the kind of backlinks it has makes all the difference.

  • Less but high PR and quality dofollow backlinks are better then lot of links. So always try to generate high PR quality backlinks.
    If you feel that some backlinks are useless or spammy and point to your site, you should create .txt file and place those link in this file. It is called disavow link.
    Now you can submit this file to SE by webmaster tool.
