Starting to get traffic... (advice pls)

Okay so i'm 100% SEO right now.
It took about 5 days, but now when I search for my URL without spaces ("gainingmusclemass"), I get my .net website as rank #2 on Google. However, when I click on the suggested term, which is "gaining muscle mass" with spaces, my link drops off and wasn't on the first 4 pages. I quite looking after 4.

I have only done about 6ish hours of backlinking work. On very a relevant and high ranking forum (only about 10 posts with the link), 3 blogs with about 4ish keyphrases, and only one article with just one keyphrase.

I only have 100 views from 49 distinct visitors over the past 6 days, but I can't complain considering I didn't do much backlinking. Zero sales for my clickbank of course.

Main question is, when posting my links on my own blog posts, would it be best to go ahead and use the entire list I compiled that consists of about 30 keyphrases that are highly searched (1500-10,000 exact searches/month) with them linked to my site? I've only been using the top 4 or 5.
Then I know that when I post on others' blogs, that I'm only allowed 1 link tops. And articles, usually 1 to 3 links tops. Finally, on a single forum post, I should keep it limited to 1 link due to moderators catching on (i like to make my insightful post on topics with lots of posts already, with "buzz")

Of course, everything I post and comment on, that has my link, I make insightful with valuable information. I'm very interested in my niche, and I do it 3 times a week.

Thanks.

If it were me, I would focus on the top phrases first so you can start getting results. Then when you are happy that you are seeing results, still work on those phrases some, but add a few more to your list.

I would look up which of those keywords have the least amount of competition, at least the minimum amount of backlinks and young domains. that would be the first keyword I would target.

If I were to guess that you wanted to rank for the words in your domain name, its not gonna happen without a lot of effort and time.

Why is this? because the top ten google results for that phrase as position 9 and 10 with new domains. They have over 1700 yahoo indexed backlinks to their site. which is the least amount of backlinks you'd need to be in the same ranks for that keyword.

Here's a breakdown of the top ten and where you are right now. It's a great long term keyword goal since it gets a lot of searches, but if you're looking for commissions right now, I'd look to easier to rank for keywords and focus on them one or two at a time.

I Think your ideas are not clear yet what you want to achieve. I think it is better to focus on the top phrases first so you can start getting results. Then work on secondary phrases...It will surely work.
