catalogue pages: should I set "noindex, nofollow"?

Hello everybody,
on one of my websites, I have 200 pages of items generated by a catalogue. Each item have its own unique description, consisting of 2/3 lines of text, and a unique image (with unique alt tag). In total items pages has about 200 words.
Would it be safe to let google index these pages? Or I fall under the category "automated pages generated" and I would risk to be banned? What do you think about that?
