How To Rank Keywords - For Brazilians

Hi,
I'm from Brazil, but i like this WF a lot, great content !
The problem is our Internet Marketing is so different of yours, we dont have good SEO content and most of the tips that i took here doesn't work because my blog is Brazilian.
I'm trying the Fitness niche, i already have 30 articles, fully optimized with Yoast, but i cant rank for ANY keyword (my results doesn't even appear on Serpfox or Pro Rank Tracker)
I just know how to make On Page SEO...
My Off Page SEO is post the link on my Facebook fan page.
I wonder if there are more Brazilian people that comes to this forum so we can help each other.
And if you know something that could work here, it would be awsome !
