Help needed - Silo

Hi, I´m trying to figure out silo on new website.

Let´s say it is about "gadget"
I have category name Phone and there under I have post like:
types of phones
How to buy the right phone
Iphone5 review
Nokia N8 Review

Am I doing this right or do I need to make sub category under phone category for the review article ?

Or something totally different ?

    Hi dear. You don't need to add more sub-categories under the phone category. Just post your articles directly under your Phone category.

      Do what maryamnawaz said, forget sub-categories. Keep things as simple as possible for traffic & SEO.

      • domain.com
        • domain.com/phones
          • domain.com/phones/how-to-buy-the-right-phone
          • domain.com/phones/iphone5-review
          • domain.com/phones/nokia-n8-review
          • etc...

        create a menu and sub menus

        iphone
        new iphone
        best new iphone

        Fill in your pages with UNIQUE content, add a video........
        link each page together the same way you setup your menu, from top down, down, and the bottom links to the top.
