SERP checker for over 100 keywords per domain

I have a website that I have optimized for over 100 different keyword phrases and am having a hard time tracking them. I have used Rankerizer and Rank Checker with good results when my keyword list was smaller but now it seems that everytime I try to run a SERP check it gets about half way through the list and stops working. I'm assuming this has something to do with Google shutting me down?

Is there any other free SERP checker that will do what I want it to do or do I have to move up to a paid version? If I do pay for a SERP checker, am I guaranteed that this won't still happen?

You get what you pay for.

I would move on to a paid solution.

Just stay away from Market Samurai (POS), WebMeUp (doesn't work), and Moz (way too limited and way too expensive).

SerpBook, SerpFox (as long as you are not worried about tracking Google Places), and PowerSuite's Rank Tracker are all pretty good. So is Advanced Web Ranking.
