How To Do On-Page SEO On a WordPress.Com Blog?

Hey All, I'm super familiar with doing On-Page SEO in WordPress, but I normally just upload a plugin like Platinum SEO, Yoast, All-In-One, etc. and I'm good to go.
A friend just gave me a WordPress.com site to work on, and I see no place in the back-end where I can upload a plugin (WordPress without Plugins, brilliant). So, I'm a little confused as to how I do the On-Page SEO here. Anyone know?

Thanks,
-Cam

I don't think you can control a normal wordpress.com if you don't have a full access... you can only optimize the articles (title, description, keywords, etc.)

I do have full admin access to the blog. What do you mean? Like, just changing page titles, inserting keywords into the content, etc? I meant how do I change the meta keywords/meta description? It's easy on WordPress.org, but WordPress.com seems to go out of their way to make it impossible for you. lol

Patco is right. Normal wordpress blogs don't have the plug-in features to fix the onpage SEO of any posts/pages.

You may be able to optimize the onpage using the Title (H1) and do some keywords repetition in the content but you cannot modify the meta-data for that particular page/post.

The title and body of article.
