So here is my question:

One of my affiliate sites is ranking well for "product name" in google. The problem is this, ranking higher then the vendor I seem to find a trend where the people who click my link are looking for the direct vendor page, and are pressing back instead of clicking on one of my affiliate links.

Is there anyone to give them my affiliate cookie by just coming to my page and letting it load, so even though they are not clicking my links when they do find the vendor's page I will get the affiliate sale.

Is this wrong if there is such a way?

It just sucks to do all the work for SEO rankings only to have people who want the real product website not click on my links.

Maybe an easily visible link right at the top of the page saying
"Looking for the "whatever" Official Homepage? Click here to go directly to it!"

This way you give them a way to go right where they want, with your affiliate link, or they can choose to stay and read your page.
    Simple, easy, effective. Brilliant.

Never underestimate the power of the obvious.

Hmmm yes I guess I can try that. I already have a link at the top that says the product name but does not say the added "official product here" or w/e so I may try it.

My page is a review page btw if I did not state earlier.
