Hi, I have a question about creating backlinks?

Would it be good to do backlinking on a high authority website and do multiple referring pages to your website? or Do backlinking on websites with low authority domains and do increase your referring domains?

Thank you for your answers warriors.

    Hi,
Yes it is good for getting back links to the site. My suggestion is that do not use the low authority domains because they won't give the high ratings for your site. So, use the high ratings domains for getting the good and back links to the site.

As far as I know Quantity is not factor in SEO but good practice is links exchange with higher authority sites.

What's your objective for doing this? Build a balance in your backlink profile? Simply trying to ranking for keywords? Increase domain authority?

For whatever the reason is, the high authority domains is always a priority. They almost always increase domain authority and that in itself even without aggressively pushing your desired anchor text or whatever helps in ranking your site for more keywords.

However, if you're trying to target specific keywords then high authority domains would be of no help IF they are not giving out DOFOLLOW links.

We're targeting those kinds of reason.. Well we're thinking if we'll gonna build like 30 backlinks per month using high authority domains it would be great for our website. But these kinds of websites(High DA) are limited on the same niche and it's not easy to find one.. We could still produce links on new websites for 2-3 months or so.

Would it be fine to re-use the websites that were already used? Well build links on different page(s) using different anchor text for our future link building on the 4th month or so.. Or should we still look for new websites(High DA) and not re-use the old ones.

        Hi,

Always focus on high authority websites. Before posting check whether they have good page rank, internal link, external link, domain authority , page authority and backlinks.

Do both. For ranking for some keyword, use links from high authority pages. Use any dofollow links you can find to rank for your keywords even if they're low quality

Point the low quality domains to your homepage. Just don't do it all in a day or even a week, slowly so it looks natural.

And i hope you are not referring to comment spam or blasts when you talk about low quality links because don't even think about that in that case. You will only hurt your site.

For Do-Follow links, i'll gonna use my keyword anchors right? and for the No-Follow ones i'm gonna use my generic naked links?

Its fine. Just don't spam it too much.

And of course if you can find new unique domains, that will add diversity to your link profile and authority. Just remember one high quality domain is better than hundred crappy ones. So your goal should be to grab links from high PR domains but don't pass on any backlinks that you can grab.

      EDIT:
For Do-Follow links, i'll gonna use my keyword anchors right? and for the No-Follow ones i'm gonna use my generic naked links?
Be very careful using keyword anchors. I have learned this the hard way, using the keyword anchors too much will hurt than benefit. Its better to use brand anchors, naked urls and keyword variations as anchors (long tails included). I only use the keyword as anchor ONLY ONCE.

I am not an expert on this and i think you can get away with like 15% of your anchors being keyword but i like to be on safe side. Oh and use the high quality do-follow links for your main keyword and others for branded/naked urls. So i will advise using your keyword as anchor on the most high quality link you can grab then using the keyword variations/branded keywords/naked urls on all the others. This has worked really great for me so i can tell this from my personal experience.

Still experiencing the hard way of ranking the keywords, the brand name is highly generic term so ranking it would be also on the hard part because of competition. Well if it's not generic term and totally unique, the chances of being searched on SE is very low. So still thinking on how to formulate a strategy for branding keyword.

I'm looking forward to try the Do-follow backlinks towards my main keywords and make use of my generic/naked urls also on contextual format. Maybe this is what I'm missing. lol

Yes, it would be good to get backlink on a high authority website and increase and increase referring pages. I think you should understand that getting backlink from hight authority website is always considered good than the low authority domains.

Yes, even though we'll gonna re-use those websites. Well as long as we're not creating spammy links. LoL
