How do you get google to index all my pages, and not just the main page? It's a new web site that has a lot of pages of toys on it and it links to ebay auctions.

I suggest you create a sitemap, get the sitemap indexed via Webmaster tools then build a few quality links into the sitemap from external sites.

Does this also apply if I need millions of pages/items indexed and not thousands? Kind of like hxxp://www.popscreen.com has everything indexed.

Make sure your interlinking is done correctly, create a sitemap, submit the individual URLs you want indexed to Google Webmaster Tools, and let your site age up a bit. With time, you should see an increase in indexed pages.

It's likely that Google will index your pages, but that's not the same thing as ranking. Sounds like you might have content that's more or less the same as on Ebay pages. If that's the case Google might push your pages from actual results.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?

Work on these three points & you'll get what you want:
    1. Create a sitemap & submit it to Google Webmasters tools.
    2. Build some quality backlinks for inner pages.
    3. Social bookmarking really helps to index pages ASAP.

Register your site with Google webmaster tools

    https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/home?hl=en

There you can see if any crawl errors are encountered by google.

First make sure all your URLs are working fine. Create the Sitemap.XML file and submit it to Google webmaster tool.

As long as the content pages are technically sound from an SEO perspective, don't have duplicate content or thin pages they should get indexed.

If these are not correct then after submission of xml site map in Google you will find out quickly enough.

Google does not crawl or index all the web pages, it only index your page under some different versions of domain name. To index your page just create a site map for your page and put it to Web Master tool.

You don't have to go very far to get quickly indexed in Google. The most easiest way for getting any webpage indexed in Google is through the Google webmaster tool itself.

    1. Go to Google Webmaster Tools
    2. Select your Blog/Website of which you want to get the post indexed
    3. You're going to add the site and verify it via the available options.
    4. In the LEFT sidebar , click Crawl > Fetch as Google
    5. Now , Just CLICK Fetch , DO NOT ADD ANYTHING IN THE BOX , Just click Fetch
    6. I personally submit a few more pages too and this makes then indexed within a few hours.
Using this method, You can get your FRESH POSTS, indexed in 3 hours or less, but that obviously depends on the SITE and its STATS too.

Well, the best thing to make sure that Google index all your pages is by submitting sitemap.xml file over the Webmaster tool. For that you first need to upload the sitemap over your site and then log yourself in over the Google Webmaster tool, add the sitemap.xml file over the webmaster tool, once you did that install the use the fetch as google option and then submit it for indexing, Wait a day I'll say your site will get indexed, you can either check the indexing status at the by going to the webmaster tool or open the google search type "site:www.sitename.com" now it will show you all the pages indexed by search engine.

First of all make a sitemap and submit it to Google through webmaster tools. Submit your site url to Google through URL submitter and please share each and every page to the social sharing sites.

see that you create both the xml and html version of the sitemap and submit it via google webmaster tools. You can also consider getting the innner pages in your site indexed by submitting it using the webmaster tools. You have the option of submitting urls in webmaster tools. Another strategy is to place links to the inner pages in high ranking dofollow relevant websites.
