Does Link Juice and Rank Juice Pass Through Navigation Bar Links?

The question is almost covered by the title. Lets say I have a website "www dot website dot com". Lets say the website is using wordpress. Now if I want to rank a page for "internet marketing" keyword and I create a menu naming "internet marketing" then will home page and other pages (including posts) pass link juice through the menu link? Also as I am using the target keyword as menu name and anchor text thus will the menu backlink help my target page to rank for the term "internet marketing" too? Or link juice just not pass through navigation bar links??
