Google not counting my backlinks

Hey Guys, I;m really upset GWT is not showing my recent backlinks even they are indexed by Google I've made lots of web 2.0 properties, blog commenting and profile links most of them are indexed by Google but does not show in GWT, whats the reason behind this? I'm losing my ranking.

    While GWT will show you more back links than a simple Google query, it still won't show you all your back links.

    There's no way to know 100% for sure what back links Google knows about.

    Google Webmaster tools will update the links very late only. Give few weeks time to see whether it is appearing or not. If you were using duplicate or spun contents for your web 2.0 posts then do not expect google count those as back links. Even if it gets counted as back link, it will be counted as low quality back link and increase your chances of getting manual penalty when you manage to reach the page 1 results.

      I'm not using duplicate or spun content I always use Unique content and I'm also trying to get some links through guest posts, Thanks to everyone for their concern.

    Keep building quality backlinks, do some guest posts on peoples websites. You would be surprised by how many people will let you post and give you a link for some quality content for their website.

    GWT are not frequently updated for back links. Mostly you cant match with their calculation. So you dont need to worry about it. If you are sure that your links are indexed than it will sure working for you.

    To view your backlinks you can use Ahref or MajesticSEO. Dont rely much on Google, I have built tons of quality links from Local Directory Sites and even if they already been indexed and still there for years, still it wont appears on GWT.

    If you are losing rankings you can use Ahref to check all of your backlinks, do manual link audit and check the quality of your links. Or you can use link reseach tools but that is too much expensive.

    Does Google sent you a message about some penalty issue on your GWT?

    Google is never going to show you all backlinks.

    And links in WMT have nothing to do with losing your rankings. Something else must be going on that you are losing rankings.

    I'm not sure why you're losing rankings, but these "backlinks" you mention are probably not helping you in any way. Blog comments are usually not great for this purpose. "Web 2.0 blogs" and profiles are not linked from a high-authority page.

    I'd also suggest Majestic SEO or Ahrefs. Majestic's flow metrics and niche/industry categorizations help you in determining wether your link strategy works or not.

    Hello, its happen , when Google change their rules or guidelines for submission and types , but you can try with Press release submission , i got result by press release and business listing (local),Now a days , blog comment not works, so , you should not build huge blog comment. Thanks.
