Question about bookmarking a backlink.

Hi there everyone
Been doing some seo and have good results but I got a question about social bookmarking.
If my main site is A and I made a backlink from Squidoo, this would give me link juice if I booked marked using Digg.com or Mixx.com right?
Would there be any point using the other bookmarking sites like delicious oyax, and other etc
The reason I ask is because I use bookmarking software and it takes about 30 mins to go through all the bookmarking sites just to book eg a Squidoo backlink. Which is 30 mins too long as I build about 4-5 backlinks a night, you can imagine it takes about 2.5 hrs to bookmark using software.
Now my thinking is that all the bookmarking sites that are bookmarking the squidoo lens will give the lens link juice and not my main linked site. So what Im asking is:
Does my main site get the same link juice if I bookmark a squidoo lens with eg Digg.com and Mixx.com

mainsite having a squidoo backlink but there are 30 socialbookmarks for the squidoo lens ?
Do you think that because google has seen 30 backlinks to Squidoo, it means the backlink to the main site is important? or because google has seen a squidoo backlink but only 2 bookmarks, it still holds the same link juice to the main site.
