Hi ladies and gents, hope you're all good. I have a quick question for buying high pagerank expired domains. I found 3 high pagerank domains, one PR5 and 2 PR4 domains. I'm eager to buy them but they have strong backlinks from government and educational sites. And they're not in my niche (they're government and health related sites). So when I buy them I'm going to change the content of the sites so it relates to my niche. I could go to archive.org and get their old content but from what I've learned about building a PBN is that I have to add original content that's related to my niche.

I just want to know what's the risk of doing that (changing the content)???
