Top 3 GG search results but nowhere in other search engines [PLEASE HELP!]

Hi experts, i don't know why this happen: my site (Trung Tâm Ti) is top 5 on Google with query "trung tam tieng nhat" but nowhere on other SERs.

I'm manager and don't know about SEO. When my friends told me about this problem, i asked my SEO staff. But he didn't know why. Should i let him fired? Anyone can teach me how to solve this problem? Thank in advance!

    That's because other search engines are not as fast as Google in indexing backlinks. So you need to be a bit more patient.

    Yes it is because other search engines are not as fast as Google and i think getting good position in Google is enough. You should not be worry about the other search engine. Sometime it will take more time to get indexed in other search engine.
