Will my rankings affect if site is down for 12 hours, even if no message of downtime in Google Webmasters? Thanks in advance.

    Permanently, no.

    However, if Google crawls the site during that time, they could remove you from the index until they see the site is back up again. I have seen that happen.

    Don't panic your site will back soon just don't stop updating your site on daily basis and build backlinks on regular basis.

    No it won't , few of my sites were down for more than 2 days due to some server issues, but it didn't affect the rankings at all.

    you will be safe. However, I've heard that if you move your server to different IP, your ranking will go down.

    Nope. However if this is a frequent problem, and/or if your load speed is slow, it certainly will.

    Well it may not effect too much of the site is down for 24 hours the crawler visits it until and unless it is happening frequently. If this happens only once there is no need to be worried.

    Second, case if the crawler shows no visit during the down time things are very normal.

    Sometimes you just get an email from Google (if you submitted your site in Google Webmaster Tools) that the crawler has difficulties accessing your website, but this is about it, I've never witnessed a penalty for this, just info mails from Google checking on me

    If you get unlucky and google tries to index you while you are down, it could cause a temporary effect until your next indexing.

    I wouldn't worry too much though, any change should be temporary.
