You need to use an email address you actually have access to in order to click the verify link. You should be able to change the email address again to have them resubmit the confirmation email. I'd use a temporary email service provider like airmail or something to have the email sent to if you are using fake information in your whois for the PBN.

The only other alternative for a PBN is to use private whois info.

I believe GoDaddy will send you a verification email about once a year via the address you have in the Whois. This (I believe) is not their rules but that of ICANN to help keep the number of hit and run spammers.

ICANN has no authority over such spam. In fact, ICANN is
only really the technical side of domain names. They
play the role of a disinterested third party.

Change the emails once again to one of your active email addresses and another confirmation email will be sent. Click the link in the email to confirm it. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or log into your Godaddy account and click "resend verification email".
