Where to start when you need help?

I am looking to have someone help me go through my code/site and help me clean it up. I am not sure what the cost should be or where to start looking for help. There is so much garbage out there, it is easy to get burned. I hired a guy once, next thing I know I am getting emails from Google saying I am affiliated with nefarious sites.

So, where does one go for some good, honest, blue collar help? Someone who enjoys watching a moderately good site get better etc because of their help.

          You won't find the best programmers at any of those Freelance places. If you want someone that stands by the programmers code of ethics, the WillMaster is the one to contact.

          Just Google the Willmaster and you'll be glad you did!!

              That's his hand-coded site with real software that doesn't break or have security issues. Look for the contact form and send him a message telling him what you want and he'll respond within a day. The cost for what you want shouldn't be very much - I think his prices are posted there too. If he can't help, he'll know who can - just ask.
