No it`s not ok, google will slap you like crazy.
Backlink are tricky, they need to be done manually and even then they are complicated.
Google want contents + many many other thing that only SEO specialist know.
You got 2 choice, you read 10 thousands pages on the subject or you pay someone to do it for you.

    Good luck my friend

Don't worry, you don't need to read 10,000 pages to understand what it takes to rank well in Google. Just do a bit of reading and you'll understand SEO.

To answer your question, that's not a good idea. Those tools do nothing but build lots of worthless links from stats, whois, website valuation sites, and other sites that auto-generate pages for your domain once you submit your domain to them.

Focus on building great backlinks instead. You can buy PBN blog posts (best but costly) or you can use automated tools like GSA to build links in tiers. Focus on quality on the first tier and quantity on the third tier.

you should focus your attention on creating contents on a regular basis, instead of massive backlinks that probably is a time-waster.

Free back-link builder tools are useless. You can get a lot of back-link from these tools but this is worthless. Today quality of link matters, So if you want to rank your website you should manually build the link and create good content so others link you.

In today's SEO? I think NO. It is important that you build you links manually.

If you're new to SEO you're better off learning the basics and doing things by hand for at least 2 weeks so you understand how link building works. And you can always pay people to do the software stuff for you on Fiverr or BlackHatWorld.
