Organazing post, page and categories...

hello warriors,

I'm going to launch my new website about smartphone reviews, but i have one problem. I cant figure out how to to organize my new website, so i need your help and advice. Should i first create pages, like samsung, iphone, sony....... than create categories linke::::: samsung phones and in this category gather all the posts about samsung (like::s1,s2,s3).....and finally links this category to my main page which is samsung????

Am i right????
