Most of the links I built in 2011 are in article directories and used exact keyword on the url.

Should I disavow links that are exact keyword match?

I have not received any manual action message received by Google but many websites say that exact keyword match in over 60% of links are bad.

So, should I disavow all?

And, should I consider the external links shown in Google webmaster? because Google does not show many urls that exist but are not shown in Google webmaster dashboard as external links for the url.

I think it doesn't need to go for disavowing your links since you've received received any message regarding manual spam action.

First find out if they are hurting your search results otherwise leave it on and if in future Google send you any message just DV them and tell Google the same.

If you don't want back-links from those sites and you think that traffic to your site will not decreased then you can disavow those link. But don't Disavow all the links because may be it will hurt your site traffic and pagerank.

Instead of disavowing them, there is an easier way to fix your site's link profile. Build more backlinks to your site gradually using generic and branded terms as the anchor texts of the new backlinks until the percentage of exact keyword backlinks in your link profile decreases significantly.

If the exact keyword backlinks are however impacting your site's rankings negatively, disavowing them might be necessary.

Hate to burst your bubble but disavowing those links won't help you.

Login and remove them, or if you don't have them then work with a removal service that can get them deleted for you.
