I'm new to SEO and learning a lot every day. Unfortunately, I don't have much time to dedicate to it. I decided to devote one hour every day to SEO. What should be my number one priority? Content creation? Link building? Something else I haven't considered?
#search engine optimization #day #hour
  • Start with content creation - and after you start building links, keep on creating content. A good amount of pages focusing on relevant keywords can boost your search traffic significantly over time.
  • Your first priority should be keyword research. A good keyword research will save you alot of time and energy in long run and will give you a profitable output.
Once you have selected the right keywords, go for content creation and build a website which in information rich.

After this start with SEO. Also keep adding fresh content to the website on regular basis.
  • Link building is the most important part of SEO. I would try to learn how to build a decent backlink profile at some point. On-page can be handled with a plugin, and content can be written, but you won't have confidence or a working knowledge of SEO without building links. Plus, even long tail keyword focused blog posts often need link building to rank #1.

    • you should try keyword research for choosing right content, then you should go for link building
  • First you will doing keyword research. It is a very important in SEO. Then you will create good content. After you doing link building. Link building is an important thing in seo.
  • Find a new that people will want to read about and that you also love writing about (or can easily hire it done). All this can be done with keyword research. Be sure, the keywords you are competing for are not so overly populated that you have no chance to compete. Then start creating your content or hire it done. Those are some of your first steps. Beyond that, just get out there on the web and start socializing to let others know about your website. This promotion will act like SEO in some ways to let Google know where you are located.
  • You should focus on creating original and useful content directed to visitors first and optimized for search engines.
  • If you're new to SEO then I think your should spend a fair bit of time initially learning and reading about SEO and what sort of things you need to be doing.

Once you have a better understanding of it (But still don't have much time to dedicate to it) I think you should look to outsource as much as you can.
  • I would say, if you're wanting to create your own content, master that first. Knowing how to create unique, high-quality content for the Web will save you thousands of dollars down the road, and it will put you a cut above your competitors who rely on sites like Texbroker.

Google's overarching, "evil" scheme is to rid the Web of crappy content produced by content mills and spinners. These people are paid peanuts—relavent because they don't have motivation to produce compelling copy—and they do not have expertise in the topics they are covering.

To wit: some Ehow articles on the Web are truly dangerous.
