It sounds simple, but perhaps the trickiest part is deciding which backilnks to buy, or if you're going to do it yourself manually. If you hire someone make sure they do manual backlink work so you get a more natural look and better quality.

yup, links from other sites with a good reputation & quality back to your site.

For manual work, I mean someone physically writing a post/comment and then adding your backlink rather than using the automated software that's out there.

On site:
Optimize your meta tags (keyword, alt tag, etc)
and more...

Off site:

Make a blog, and post article regularly then share those articles to social bookmarking sites, social medias (HUGE traffic sources)

For backlinks, I am using PDF sharing, video sharing, audio sharing and many more..

I see you are recommending an off-site blog. I run an ecommerce website and we currently have an on-site blog. Would u say it's more favourable to run an off-site blog (for link-building purposes?)

For SEO tricks just take care of feww things:
Unique content(very important for digital or online marketing)
Create the best keyword phrase.
Find out less competitive keyword with high search volume.
And list out all the relative keywords.

The foundation of a successful SEO program consists of the following building blocks:
*your content must be keyword rich
*information/site architecture and page layout should be equally maintained
*focus on link development
I admit I'm biased. As a Web developer, I naturally lean toward the information architecture and interface as being the most important components of successful SEO.
Maybe all three components are equally important, with one no better than the other.

SEO means how you promote your site in internet so there are two ways of tequniques that you can use
1 On Page SEO techniques
2 Off Page SEO techniques

1. Page Title, Incuide Headers (<H 1> <H2) , Alt-tag for images, Meta Descriptions, indexing in google, Image naming (Name images relevent to the topics) and including Anchor text Linking. thease are the most comman and success full tequniques.

2 Building back links, Increasing page rank, publishing on social networks, google search engine submition, Yahoo, Ask, Bing Submition, Submit to directories, forum posting, writting and submitting articles, publishing articles.

Thease are the most important ways.

I would say write high quality blogs & make some videos on YouTube & link them together with your Facebook & Twitter accounts. When you do this you can get some good traffic over time but I think it is good to invest in advertising until you start getting a ton of organic traffic.

Twranks,

I approach SEO with a 3 pillar approach -

1) Technical site audit (content accessibility, crawling, indexation, canonicals, appropriate redirects etc).

2) On-page (title tags, headings, co-citations, social integration, internal link structure, image optimization, URL structure etc)

3) Off-page (link building, social media optimization etc)

My #1 recommendation is to build relationships with influencers. When you are writing "quality content" try to mention/ reference influencers/ brands in your post. Then, reach out and let them know you've mentioned them. Leverage their audiences, and possibly get a high DA backlink in the process. This strategy has been by far the most successful for me across a number of verticals.

You need to start building quality links yourself or hire a SEO agency. Maybe start with guest posting.

7. Keywords in First Paragraph
8. Use of Headings
9. Focusing Keywords
10. Image Optimization

Now you are ready for Off Page Optimization activity ( But you you above activity done after that you are ready for off page activity)

Keyword usage in your content, in your headlines H1 H2 H3 and also your image file names and images alt descriptions.
Content should still be written for humans and the keywords used just helps it flow naturally. I use commenting for backlinks but only from sites i fully enjoyed reading and was relevant to what i do at my sites.

Also in this age if you are using softwares then wish I you good luck! On site and Off site SEO needs to be clean, organised and calculated. Dont over do things - keep them simple and reader friendly. Google believes in helping people and thats exactly what you should do.

Its all about content. Though it's really old thing to hear. It's just that, it will end to this at the end of the discussion.

Research your keyword.
Don’t be too particular.
Don’t use unpopular terms.

To add, advertise in several social media channels, create back links and great design on info structure.
