Is it true even after panda 4 that if there is a video on page one for the keyword that you are trying to rank, it would be easier to rank that video?

Also there is a keyword that has no video on page however I used to have a video on page one that got deleted. Is it still possible to come back up.

    Yes and yes. But figure out why your video was deleted because uploading it again may make it meet the same fate.

      The reason it was deleted from youtube was my fault, I purchased a fiver gig that sent a bunch of bot views to it even though it already had views. I also wanted to know is it possible to make your video go on to page one even if there isnt an existing video there. Will it be more dificult?

        If you mean google then if there was a video already there that isn't then yes its easy enough if you do your video seo right. You said your video was there, just simply re-upload with same description/tags and it should pop back up.

        If there is already a video on page 1 and depending on the channel which it is hosted on (# of subscribers) and the views/backlinks then it can be very tough. It can be done but i have noticed that you need a viral like effect when uploading a new video to get it indexed on google (lots of views within a short amount + backlinks). I haven't tried a lot when there was already a video so i don't know much really in this case.

        There are also some keyword where google will NOT rank a youtube video for, ever. For some weird reason, probably because spammed to death or i don't know.

        As far as youtube is concerned, its simply views that matter. In some cases, you can hit the top spot with less views but if they are gained quickly for example 300 views but within a short period of time (an hour, 30 minutes etc).
