You do not have a widely approved tool to check this thing i guess. However, you can go for keyword suggestion tool like keywordtool.io, keyword planner etc. The most important thing is to think from the shoes of any potential customer.

Google analytics still tells the source from which the visit came but not the keyword using which the visit came.

Nothing beats GWT to track the keywords through which people are landing on your website. It also shows the average position and av clicks for that keyword. Analytics is fairly good too. Best option is to combine your anaytics account with your webmasters account.

What he wrote is the right answer to your question.
GWT can give you information about clicks and the keywords through which your visitors and potential customers reached your site.

I agree, GWT has great tools in which you can get many details about traffic/visitors to your website.

Looks like everyone has beat me to it, but I'll say it again... GWT is a very in depth tool that gives you allot of great information.

Best of all it's free... can't beat that.

Try Google Analytic or Stat Counter to check your visitors path.

GA or any other tool for organic traffic will not get most keywords as most search engines are all SSL which makes most of your traffic looks direct..

The next best thing would be to track your placement on the search engines. This will give you an estimate of your traffic and what keyword and being searched more.
