Linking To A Domain That Is NoFollow

My question is more related to what happens after. Obviously, the links will create traffic the old fashioned way and not through search results, but I'm wondering about when I finally turn the setting off. This is about WP sites, which have that option from the start and can be turned on and off from the Settings.

If I chose to make my domain visible again, "follow", will all the links pointing toward it now finally do something for the site with their weight and their own PageRank?

  • You cant just turn on and off links and expect them to give immediate results. Spider bots and such have to find them again and give you juice. I would simply suggest keeping Do Follow links on.

Basically you should make your domain visible, so that way all your links will give it organic power regardless it wouldnt hurt.
  • I'm sorry, I don't seem to get this - do you mean what happens to the links pointing to your site after you make its outbound links dofollow? I just can't see a causal relationship here.
