Bounce rate around 1% - how to fix bug?

Hello,

I have noticed that my Bounce rate is around 1% lately and it must be a bug. Around 3 weeks ago Google analytics just stopped working and giving any information about visitors so I installed it again on my website (I've put the code in a header.php) and since then my Bounce rate is that low. I also recently installed plugin 'Google Analytics Dashboard for WP' that automatically inserts the tracking code in every page of your website. I looked in the header.php and there is no double google analytics code so is it maybe that the bug is because I have code in header.php and plugin instaled? Should I delete the code in header.php?

    You have to examine your website's code again. The analytics code is probably duplicated on your site and that's the only reason I can think of why your bounce rate is that low.

      Ok, but I've checked header.php and there is only one code... Could the code be somewhere else?

        Check the footer as well, it could be there anyway

    I have one website which have around 1000 visitors through organic and have bounce rate under 1% You are confident that your website can't have that?

      I'm not really sure that is possible... Really small chances for that to happen.

    I had the same problem. There are two GA tracking code in your coding. You should take out one of the tracking codes.

      I looked for double code everywhere and there wasn't any, but since I have this Google analytics plugin and 1 code in header.php , I deleted that only code in header.php and it works good now. Thank you for your help
