What do you mean by sybil attack? How it will affect your site?

As for as I know it was domain spam. But I want an clear explanation about.

These pages have no quality content and are created just with the intention to create spam and drive traffic. All these webpages are then interlinked to each other in order to boost their search engine traffic.
