It depends on what is your product or services for.If all of your keywords are same related to your target business then I suggest go for the last keyword and make it a keyword riched domain. and others especially 1st keyword which can be your main keyword for your website and go for next.

If you mean low competition according to AdWords or the Google keyword tool, you should know that the competition on there refers to AdWords advertiser competition and has nothing to do with search engine competition.

Also if you plan on using AdSense to monetize, stick with high and medium competition keywords (according to Google keyword planner tool).

I am guessing that you did keyword research to register a new domain name then you should go with highest search because all keywords have low competition.

Since the keywords are "Low Competiton", it means few, if any, advertisers are bidding on them.

The CPC is probably inacccurate and inflated without enough "real bids" to compare.

Advertisers targeting those keywords would most likely be bidding minimum amounts with little competition so you are very unlikely to see anything close to the CPC indicated.

You could also get less relevant ads (depends on niche) if no ads are going out for those keywords.

Ideally you want High Competition keywords for AdSense because you know advertisers are bidding and your site will display relevant ads.

For search engine competition you need to analyze the competing sites that are currently in the Google top 10.

You can go to iSpionage.com : Keyword Research | Rank Monitoring | Competitor Search Marketing Tools and enter your keywords. Then scroll down to Top Ads section and see that relevant ads are displaying for those keywords.

Well done, those keywords are quite nice IF you can rank for them.

They have low competition - ask yourself why? go check Google search results for each keyword in turn.

They could be 'useless' keywords that do not bring (m)any sales for Adwords advertisers, therefore they cut them from their campaigns, making for the low competition figures, you will see if there are any paying advertisers on the SERP page

Whatever it is could be quite new and everyone and his dog has not yet jumped on bandwagon. (or added those keywords to their campaigns because they are not yet aware of them)

If the sites at the top are big authority sites like MS, Adobe, .Gov etc don't waste your time, find less competitive words.

If the sites at top of Goog are weak e.g. unbranded blogs/affiliate sites or forum posts then you stand a very good chance of ranking, but to make certain check out the banklink profiles of the top 5 sites and see what you are up against.

Don't guess at the links just because the the URL might be crappy, CHECK, because a site might be years old and have very strong inbound links.

If using Adsense then you will want as much traffic to your site as possible with any keywords related to your niche that you can rank for, but make sure you link those pages to your pages with the high competition (expensive) keywords on them.

He is talking about making money from AdSense ads, therefore, ideally, he would want high competition keywords to ensure relevant ads.

If he was selling a product or service then AdSense competiton would be irrelevant.

In answer to his question about what to do next: more research.

      1. Research the keywords further to see if they are getting ads and/or have bids
      2. Research the competition to see how easy it will be to rank for those keywords

In your case , I think using a keyword which is searched more often will be good. It will also brings traffic to the site. But decide carefully that you should use the same keyword to increase your rank as well.

It should be a dependable keyword.
