Help with Wordpress query please

I have a new Wordpress e-commerce website with around 100 products on offer.

After entering all my content, I can see that after using Google keyword planner, a lot of my product/page titles could have been written better.

So, if I change the product titles, I assume that this means I will have to change the meta descriptions, product descriptions (to include the new keywords) permalinks and all the re-directs from my old site, is this correct?

If you do it your website will be affected and might get a temporary penalty, but since your website is new, if you must do it, you do it, and yes you will need to optimize descriptions and content to the new titles.

You can do but this is gonna effect on your search engine traffic for some days. You will lose search engine rank and you will have to wait for some days to regain those ranks.

  Are you changing just the title or the permalinks as well?
  
  if you are not changing the permalinks, Google will update the title on the next visit.
