Even If you use Webmaster Tools you still need to add a noindex in the <head> of each webpage you want removed from the SERPs. One Google hiccup on WMT & your pages are all indexed again (without a noindex tag).

Also, only blocking the page/s in WMT has nothing to do with Yahoo or Bing SERPs, again, use a noindex tag in the HTML of the page/s being removed from the SERPs.

Well though you don't like to hear your best and first option is trying to contact webmaster and asking them to remove your information.

Second option would be contacting the site hosting provider and ask them to remove related page of information from their server.

If Hosting provider remove the page/info it will gone off from Google after few weeks.

Use robots.txt file to deindex all of your website pages that you want to remove.

      As said in above replies,

Goto webmastertools, click on your site
On left sidebar, you will see Google index, click on that
You will see Remove URLs option, click on that
Enter your site name and click 'Continue' button

It will ask you like below
      ----------------------------------
      www. yoursitename . com

This will remove all instances of www. yoursitename . com from Google search results

For permanent removal, the content must be blocked by robots.txt
      --------------------------------------
So, it means, all of your site URLs already indexed by Google will be de-indexed or removed from Google search results. It will deindex within 24 hours. So, don't check immediately and get confused.

If you submit your site after it is de-indexed, your site can be re-indexed by google. It is just removing your site links from Google search results.

But if you want your site not to be crawled by Google permanently, then block your site in robots.txt. or set as 'invisible to search engines' in your blog settings
