Hi guys,

I have set up a blog on blogger (hosted by Google). I have registered a domain http://www.DutchTrader.info and have pointed my nameservers towards the blog which is hosted by Google.

My question is now. Does this have a negative influence on my possible ranking of the site www.DutchTrader.info??
and second:
which of the sites will be crawled by the search engines, the blog on google or the redirected registered site?

Thanks in advance!!

Do you mean you have a domain and are forwarding that domain to your blogger blog?

Or are you allowing google to host your blog?

Either way, you do not have 2 websites. You only have 1.

If you are now hosting your blog on google, why on earth would google
    punish itself?

    Side note, Little known fact:
Did you know that people in different countries who visit a blogspot.com
blog automatically get forwarded to that same blog, but with their own
country's extension? If you have a blog at whatever.blogspot.com, and
a visitor in India visits, they will see your blog as whatever.blogspot.in.
That does not mean you have a dozen websites. Google does this
    for political and business reasons.

Thanks Paul for your reply! If i knew how to express my thanks via "The Following User Says Thank You to paulgl For This Useful Post:", I certainly would.

But maybe I did not phrase my question quite clear (english is not my mother tongue), so let me try to rephrase it:

I was interested to start a blog. The subject of the blog is describing my actions to get additional passive income. I just started with it.
I started my blog with blogger, so a .blogspot.com (hosted on the servers of google).
Then i thought well let me buy a real domainname for it, so I registered www.DutchTrader.info. I liked the blogger package, because it is drop and drag. No sophisticated code needed. I directed the nameservers of the registered domain (the DutchTrader.info) towards the .blogspot. So the content of .blogspot is redirected to the DutchTrader.info domain.

The question that came up to me was. does this have any negative influence on my ranking of the registered domain DutchTrader.info???
