What should I do?

I have a website and I made it few months ago in WordPress.
In Google, the links are indexed and working well.
But one thing that bothers me is that for each post I have used 2-3 tags.
Now in Google two links are coming for same post.
1. Main URL. example.com/post
2. URL separately with a tag. example.com/tag/example-tag-used
I have read somewhere that it is advisable to disable the /tag URL so that all the juice would pass on to the main post.
What are your views?
